   徳島県GIGAスクール構想推進の一環として、今年度、徳島県から割り当てられた県域アカウントを使って避難訓練を行いました。本校では校内の連絡にトランシーバーを使っていましたが、通信が弱い場所があるのが問題でした。県域アカウントを使うことで、通信の問題も解消し、全教職員一斉にメッセージや指示を送信でき、瞬時に情報共有することがでました。とても便利で、有効だとわかりました。また、文字を入力しなくても音声メッセージを送るもできます。音声メッセージを受け取った側は、そのまま音声を聞くことも、文字に起こして読むこともできます。必ず来るといわれている南海トラフ巨大地震をはじめとして、あらゆる災害から全員で助かるために、これからも様々な方法で訓練を重ねていきたいと思います。

    As part of promoting the GIGA School Initiative in Tokushima Prefecture, this year we used a prefecture-wide account given by Tokushima prefecture, Education Digital Trasformation Promotion Division. At our school, we used walkie-talkies to communicate inside the school, but some places had weak signals.By using the prefecture-wide account, we were able to send messages and instructions to all staff at the same time and share information quickly. We found this system very useful and effective. Also, we can send voice messages without typing. The people who get the voice messages can listen to them or read them as text.To be ready for the big Nankai Trough earthquake, which everyone says will come, and other disasters, we want to keep practicing with many different methods so that everyone can be safe.
